"Room 518 was poorly kept. The net curtains were black from never being cleaned, air conditioning unit has never been cleaned, a single seater chair thats never been cleaned as its thick with black caked on dirt and is full of dust/dead bugs and the shower was either boiling hot or ice cold nothing inbetween. I had my wife and 2 year old with me and just as we had settled it would have been a pain to move rooms. Told reception in the morning who couldnt care less( think her name was nisha(but she was indian)) absolute poor service from her and she shouldnt be in hospitality. "

"The overall experience was very pleasant, the staff super friendly and helpful. Only disappointment was the tiny gym, which we were unable to use because one person was in there cycling! However the spa facilities made up for it, and the spa treatment was exceptional. Came away feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. Looking forward to our next visit, would highly recommend. "

"Good: Staff, breakfast, room size and quality. Bad: intermittent and weak WiFi signal in bedroom - constantly cutting out and dropping connection. Had to move to a public area at one point to complete Teams calls. "

"Our stay at Cliveden House was absolutely wonderful. From start to finish-even withstanding a blip-it was a true joy. Our room was ready early which was a huge bonus and Polly on reception was warm and thorough with our check-in process, explaining and showing us all we needed to know. Our room was great: super comfy bed with options to change pillows, lovely toiletries by Noble Isle, a fab working fire place and yummy complimentary snacks. We had a delicious lunch in the Great Hall, and even though it took longer than ideal, the numerous games available to play kept us amused. The grounds are magnificent and you can walk for hours taking in nature. We were accommodated for dinner in Astor Grill even though we only attempted to reserve a table in the late afternoon. The food, again, was very good as was the service, although one of our dishes was unfortunately forgotten about. We received it promptly once we reminded the staff. Breakfast in the dining room was wonderful, overlooking the pristine lawns and surrounding woodlands. The quality and service was fantastic; no request was too much trouble. The mix of an à la carte menu along with a buffet for continental items was very pleasing and guaranteed hot items were cooked fresh. Eggs royale is not a menu item but the staff member didn’t hesitate to say yes when requested. We were fortunate to get a late check-out, this lent itself to an extended and relaxed time in the superb spa. A stay that left us wanting more! "

"Staff were affable and very helpful, I truly enjoyed my three nights stay at Crown Plaza Hotel Beaconsfield. The breakfast was top-notch , the pool, steam room , hot tub and the sauna as well. I will recommend, this is my second visit and I am definitely coming back soon ."

"The staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating throughout our stay, which we truly appreciated. Unfortunately, our initial room had several moths, which was not ideal. We were aware that a wedding was taking place at the hotel; however, the music was so loud that it made it impossible to sleep. As we were travelling with four young children, this made the situation particularly challenging. To their credit, the staff handled the situation well and moved us to a room on the fourth floor, which we were grateful for. That said, it was unreasonable to expect guests to pay for a room where the noise levels made it so difficult to rest."
