The check in desk was closed so we had to check in via the moxy next door, which was fine but general lack of staff around was disconcerting, there was hardly anyone around. Room was very nice and spacious but the floor had not been hoovered so we had to request this after we checked in. Only 2 towels even though there were 4 of us. Breakfast was nice and quite a bit of choice considering it was only meant to be continental.
