The owner - Jasmine - was wonderful and couldn't do enough to help, she was kind, friendly, supportive and easy going. Her breakfast was perfect and she really made us welcome; will definitely be staying again and looking forward to it. The property is also close to Arnos Grove station (about 5-10 mins walk) and within Zone 4/5, so really easy to get to. The place is spotlessly clean and just gorgeous. Definitely coming back - thank you.

We were so pleasantly surprised by how great this hotel was. The atmosphere is great, the rooms are lovely, and the staff were super nice, particularly Qasim on the check-in desk who instantly gave a great impression of the hotel and its staff. The location also worked great for us, close to all locations of interest and associated public transport. Lovely quirky hotel. Corridors are a bit of a labyrinth and quite dated but hotel is in a great location, close to tube, and is very friendly, clean and comfortable. Superior room was very spacious. Breakfast was great. Lovely old furniture and paintings added character.

Welcomed by reception team, room clean, comfortable and cosy. Great shower with l’occtane toiletries. Coffee machine, hairdryer, iron etc all in room. Parking available on site at extra cost but no spaces so we had to park on nearby road . Great stay overall

Nice and easy check in, we reserved a space in the car park which was 100 metres away, even after check out we could leave it there until 1:00pm which enabled us to take a short walk to the shopping centre. The room was comfortable and well equipped with ironing board, on return from an event we used the restaurant not arriving until 10:00pm and although it shuts at 10:00pm they were happy to seat us, it’s an Indian restaurant and the food and service was excellent. Great looking hotel, good sized rooms for the price in a great location

Our stay at The Westminster was fabulous. The room was great and the staff vent above and beyond, especially VJ in the concierge team.

Check in was 2.00pm, however, we arrived at 11.30am to drop our bags off and we're invited to check in to our room, which was amazing. The room was pristinely clean and modern and everything looked brand new. Service was excellent, staff extremely helpful and polite. Would definitely return. Was in an exceptional location for everything.

Got a very good price for the hotel. Bus and trains about 5 min walk or less. Hotel was very clean but you can hear upstairs or downstairs closing their bathroom door closed but that was first day. 11am check out time quite early I thought usual check out time in hotels I’ve been has been 12. Called down and they agreed on 11.30. Staff was amazing no fault at all for this hotel.

Lovely hotel which seemed to have been recently refurbished. Very nice room, warm, and quiet as overlooking the garden. Pleasant reception staff. Really enjoyed the Christmas early evening hot chocolate! Excellent location.

Great service. Very clean and classic looking. 5 minute walk from central public transit. A plethora of very good restaurants and shopping within 5 minute walk. Was 7 minutes from the location of the conference I was attending. In this part of London, you cant ask for a better price for the service, quality and location.

The hotel is located in close to Edgware Road station hence has easy access to pretty much anywhere on the tube. Our room was spacious, clean and the beds were very comfortable. It was quiet and the facilities were amazing. The staff were friendly and welcoming. Would definitely stay again.
