We repeatedly requested assistance and a reassignment to a more accessible room, but our concerns were not promptly addressed. The lack of support further diminished our comfort. Due to these ongoing issues we checked out earlier than planned. I have tried to speak with someone about this issue since 04/09/26 to no avail. The phone numbers and emails provided have all been dead ends. "
