"We booked this hotel last minute, during a sweltering heatwave which forced us to cancel a different hotel. We arrived to be delighted with the cool AC in both lobby and 2 rooms. Staff greet us warmly and booked 2 adjoining rooms for our family. Breakfast was ample and delicious, and the gym was well equiped and chilled temps. We definitely will stay at this property again in future visits to London. special mentions to Anita and Niomi at the front desk: wonderful !!"

"The hotel Is lovely clean and comfortable. The breakfast buffet is amazing. Lots of options and delicious. The restaurant/ bar also very good. I did have to ask for a server and waited a few minutes for my order to be taken but once done, they were friendly and food was very good. The rooms are very nice. Beds comfy. Bathrooms with tubs and huge fluffy towels. Being so close to Heathrow it is busy - a lot of airline crews- but never overly busy or crowded feeling as it’s very spacious. As a Canadian, I think quite reasonable overall for the price."

"This is a rest-stop airport hotel, so it did exactly what we wanted it to do. It was clean, the staff were pleasant and it was VERY quiet, which is EXACTLY what one wants after a long flight. We were there for one night after flying from LA and then flying the next day to Crete, so was ideal. The only real pain is getting a regular bus to and from the airport. Just bizarre nor having a shuttle, so people with luggage are all trying to squeeze onto a regular bus with regular people. Other than that, perfect."
