However, this time the hand shower was not working; the phone was not working, so couldn't get room service for a meal and had to go to the bar to eat; and at 7am the cleaning person banged on my door and tried to open it, calling "Check-out time", even though my checkout was communicated as 12:00 and I was just waking up! Not a great stay at all and nowhere near the standards I experienced previously at this hotel. "

Concierge was very helpful in getting us a taxi on a couple of occasions and arranging return trips as well. Proximity to Heathrow and Underground fantastic. Beautiful hotel and would be happy to recommend."
