"Great place.... overnight single week day stop over due to train cancellation.... Good service....rooms good all be it random numbering and quite a walk from the hotel reception.... Tried the Restaurant.... very reasonable... seemed quiet on a week night although told or was busy... Recommend the pool.. never tried the spa.... will be back if ever stuck in Crewe again... "Lady who checked us in was really helpful, nothing was too much trouble even though she was really busy. Restaurant staff were welcoming and friendly. There was a long gap between our starter and getting our main meal which was the only downside. We had to ask for the child’s meal to be brought as it was getting quite late. Food was hot and tasty when it was eventually served. Booking a slot in the pool was easy. Our room was clean, well stocked with toiletries, tea and coffee and the beds were very comfy. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would book again. "
