Warm, friendly welcome by reception staff . The room was great. Nice decor, comfortable and neat additional utilities. ie; fridge, safe. night and reading lights. Good shower. Continental Breakfast was good.
All members of staff friendly and impeccable friendly service received by each and everyone of them. We will be back.

Really liked this place. Very clean, good location. Did have an issue with WiFi for the first 2 days but that was then resolved.
Would definitely use again for my work trip.

The owner - Jasmine - was wonderful and couldn't do enough to help, she was kind, friendly, supportive and easy going. Her breakfast was perfect and she really made us welcome; will definitely be staying again and looking forward to it. The property is also close to Arnos Grove station (about 5-10 mins walk) and within Zone 4/5, so really easy to get to.
The place is spotlessly clean and just gorgeous. Definitely coming back - thank you.

Lovely hotel but the superior rooms are badly in need of refurbishment. I expected by its title, a superior room, that’s what I paid for, but these are no better than a standard room in need of refurbishment. We stayed here 5 years ago and the showers have the same broken tiles with old wooden seats, dirt between the cracks of the broken tiles. There’s no excuse for this in a hotel charging these prices.
That said, when I mentioned our disappointment we were upgraded to a better room and that...

A clean, comfortable place with genuinely helpful staff. The daily cleaning kept everything fresh, and the thoughtful service made my stay even more enjoyable. I’d happily stay here again!

Magnificent old building and excellent value for money and view of the fact that it was in the London area. Young Barman, I think his name was Tom, incredibly welcoming and friendly

Staff were lovely as always and breakfast was lovely
Would suggest having more than one pillow per person (maybe available from reception but we didn’t ask)

We had an absolutely amazing stay at the Ibis Borehamwood hotel!!! I am disabled and in a wheelchair, and the staff couldn’t do enough for us. They carried our cases to our room, pulled out the third bed for my son for me and carries our cases to my car for ya on check out. It was my sons birthday, and the staff overheard us mention this and came out with a birthday cake for him even though we didn’t order for one, they were totally amazing and I will definitely stay here again next year!!!
