The breakfast is good if you get it included with your hotel price if not, it is very expensive. The Hotel staff strive to be very helpful but a late check-in was less than ideal with a newer staff member struggling to check us in."

Before heading out, we called reception and asked if our room could be refreshed and the towels replaced. It seemed like a simple request, but when we came back later, nothing had been done. The towels were still the same, the bedding hadn’t been changed, and the room hadn’t been cleaned at all—even the trash was still there. It was frustrating, especially after taking the time to call and request it."
