Stones throw from Times Sq so perfect for a four day theatre visit. Had a 44th floor Deluxe King room, facing south, with a partial view of Times Sq. Huge windows made it bright all day, but there are effective blackout blinds at night and there’s virtually no noise. Great location, beautiful hotel

Rooms were very clean and comfortable beds. Air conditioning was very good and staff are very friendly and helpful. We had nice coffee and snacks drinks in coffee shop 15dollars complementary spend per day. Very handy to central station and taxis easily accessed..

The staff were all amazing. I just got back to London after a 6 day stay at the hotel. Everything was pretty much perfect and the desk staff were always happy to help with anything. The rooms were extremely clean and fresh. I would definitely stay here again. Oh and a massive bonus is the subway was 20 second walk away!

Perfect location in Midtown, just a few minutes walk from Herald Square and the nearest subway station. The hotel itself was lovely. Generously sized rooms with all the amenities we needed. Breakfast was included in the stay with is a nice touch. Plenty on offer for breakfast, although the amount of seating available could do with being more at certain times. GOOD LOCATION AND FRIENDLY STAFF

Great location and very quiet on the 14th floor. My only complaint is no mirror in the room. Only mirror was in the bathroom. I had to blow dry my hair whilst looking into a small vanity mirror propped up. I need a mirror to fix my hair in the morning, so do most ladies I imagine.

Hotel was ideal for its purpose. Close to everything planned for an elderly relative visiting with us.

Excellent location just four minutes’ walk from 9/11 Memorial Pools and Museum. Warm welcome from staff. Clean and comfortable room. Excellent bar area in the evening and efficient good value breakfast deli.
