"I have stayed at the Park Hotel for 6 weeks now and the last room they offered me was not up to standard. The mattress was practically on the floor and despite being told all rooms had fridges, this one didn't. The room they moved me to had a fridge, but no chair, no kettle, no bin and the private bathroom was out in the corridor, down some steps. Not ideal, but better than the first room. I was going to re-book for the next 4 weeks, but I'm not sure I can cope with arriving at 11pm and running all over this sprawling property, trying to find a usable room."
