"Excellent location from Ilford station. Staff were friendly & efficient. Clean towels & bedding daily for our 3 night stay. Loved having an air con unit in the room. Toilet seat slightly loose & shower screen didn't close fully due to loose rail but wasn't end of the world & overall would stay again. Ideal for a concert stay over."
