"Location was fabulous, with easy access to tube and bus stops. In the week before we were to arrive, the host was very responsive to questions and was kind to let us drop off our luggage in the flat prior to check-in, which was a huge help. However, for what we paid, I think it fell a bit short. Throughout the flat, there were some cosmetic "misses,"i.e., several missing or burned-out lightbulbs, missing/broken shower door handle, some moldy grout, no washcloths, etc. But the bigger issue was...
