"We liked having plenty of space. Plenty of room with a table and 2 chairs. Communication was acceptable. The carpet looks like it has never been cleaned. The bath towels were stiff and very ruff on my skin. The mattress was not very comfortable. Courtyard view was a joke. It was a small area maybe 6ft by 7 ft highlighted by an old wooden table a chairs. It was in need of a cleaning. I can’t recommend this place"

"First, the good: the staff was extremely helpful. Due to some internet issues and a delayed flight, completing the booking proved extremely difficult, but the staff was extremely patient, understanding and accommodating. Another plus is its proximity to Heathrow, I was able to get there in a few short minutes. Now, the not-so-good: the room did not look as advertised. It was sorely in need of updating.
