"All the staff were very friendly, especially the cleaners who always said hello when walking past them in the corridor. I like they also re supply water bottles unlike some major hotels where your one small bottle on arrival is your lot, plus will supply real milk if you ask."

"Stayed at the Berkshire Arms hotel for a 4 night business trip to the area. I had a double room, which was clean and spacious. The bed was a super king size and very comfortable. We had a good stay the parking was a little expensive £8 for 24 hours but was a lovely stay waking distance to everything eating drinking and shopping.
