"Overall, my experience was positive with a few minor drawbacks. My room was located in a separate building, just above the gym. There were no lifts, so this could be an issue for people with mobility issues. The room itself was on the smaller side but had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The bed and pillows were really comfy. However, one downside was the loud music coming from the gym. Even though my room was two floors above, the noise was noticeable and a bit disruptive at times especially when trying to fall asleep. A plus was the free and ample parking available, which made things very convenient. Overall, it was a decent stay with a few areas for improvement."

"I recently stayed at Holiday Inn as part of a surprise birthday trip for my partner, and overall, it was a very pleasant and memorable experience. From the moment i arrived, the check-in process was excellent. I was warmly welcomed with a smile and professional service by Khadija at the help desk, who was genuinely kind, helpful, and welcoming. Her professionalism immediately made us feel comfortable and set a positive tone for our stay. Since this trip was planned as a special surprise celebration, the warm welcome meant a lot. We were also given complimentary drinks, which was a thoughtful touch and added to the experience. Small gestures like this make guests feel valued and appreciated. During our stay, we experienced a minor issue with the cooling in our room. After mentioning it to the staff member on duty that evening (whose name I unfortunately cannot remember), she responded professionally and offered to either move us to another room or provide a fan. Although we initially worried about the stress of moving our belongings, she kindly reassured us and even offered assistance from hotel staff to help move our things if we chose to relocate. In the end, we decided to stay in the room and opted for fans instead, which were quickly provided and helped improve our comfort. What stood out most throughout our stay was the exceptional hospitality and customer service. The staff genuinely cared about ensuring we were comfortable and satisfied. Overall, I recommend"

"Just a really bad experience - travelling for work with a colleague 2 rooms both bad - my TV had no remote and the toilet in the bathroom would not flush when I asked about another room they said there wasnt one. They then send down a guy with a handful of old remotes that didnt work and looked like they had been dug out of a field, who insisted there was nothing wrong with the toilet I just needed to learn how to flush it. This involved pumping the handle until it flushed! The floor was stained in the bathroom and the whole place looked really terrible. Near to a road and the window didnt actually fit great for noise in the night and early morning - there was a big gap in the top of the window - the hotel looks impressive as you drive up but the rooms are terrible. - seems like im making it up until you look at the pictures, when i complained the following morning the guy on the front desk didn't care.."
