Concierge was very friendly and helpful. Coffee in the room was great and additional packets were provided upon request. "

"Spent the week in Vancouver with my family and had a lovely stay at the Century Plaza. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and spacious. We loved the breakfast each morning. Next level. Great coffee shop in the hotel to grab a nibble and a coffee to go. The hotel is well situated for everything in the downtown core and Stanley Park. It is next to a hospital so there is some noise but that is true anywhere in the core. Thanks for a pleasant week."
