"Room had rust in the corners, bathroom door wouldn’t lock. Booked the biggest room for four people and it only had two cups in it, when we asked front desk for extra cups they told us it be 12 dollars. Check in sucked, the people at the front desk are rude."

The rooms and amenities are showing significant wear; the pool was quite dirty, and non-functional bathroom outlets meant we had to get ready in the kitchen. While the front desk staff remains lovely, the unprofessional attitude of the poolside staff was the final straw. It's disappointing to see a place we once loved fall into such disrepair."
