My experience was great, decided to celebrate early for our anniversary and we came on a weekday so they upgraded our room. We got a suite with two rooms, jacuzzi, fireplace and a view of the American falls. The only downfall was how expensive the outside parking was.
Would have appreciated a fridge in the room The staff was helpful
The room that we got was a little outdated. Very old television, the WiFi was very slow, and everything felt very cheap.....to put the Sheraton logo on the top of the building means something. Whenever we are in the Niagara Falls area, we always stay at this hotel. The rooms are clean and the service is spectacular. We also eat at the Keg which is in the hotel. It also has great views of the falls. Breakfast is included and there is a variety of food to suit everyone. The omelette station ...
The room was very clean and smell good, but it wasn't have enough shampoo and body wash for us. By the way, the staff wasn't nice to us when we checked in.
The restaurants were very expensive. I was not expecting the food to be that expensive.
Beautiful and clean. Can’t wait to go back. Concierge was very helpful and polite.
