"Great access to public transport for going into downtown or getting to the airport on day of departure! Helpful staff and overall clean. We were only there one night arriving from a cruise and flying out the next day so we didn’t spend much time on property."

"Cons: Noisy from thin walls and courtyard. Portable AC unit in room is bulky, noisy and inefficient. Bathroom has a metal box attached to wall near toilet at exact spot to bash your elbow every time you use it. Why not just have a normal toilet paper roll in a better spot? Pros: Great location, included cruiser bike rental, good pub next door."

"The location has easy access to the subway and is accessible to many points of interest (Stanley Park & Granville Island). Staff were helpful and quick to assist with any issues during our stay. Rooms were clean and appropriate for the prices listed. While the lack of an elevator left much to be desired, the staff had assured us that they would be installing one soon, and had staff assist us in bringing our luggage up. Overall, our enjoyment in Vancouver was improved immensely by our choice to stay here, and I look forward to recommending Hotel Modo to friends and family, as well as staying here in the future!"
