The hotel was well appointed and equipped. The views were good and the complimentary breakfast was a nice touch. I am always miffed when hotels charge for internet access as this really isn't necessary. Likewise, not being able to pay for the hotel at the time of booking and the additional hidden taxes, proved inconvenient and expensive. otherwise, the stay was enjoyable.

My Mum actually recommended I stay at LeSoleil. From looking at the pictures I was torn (mirrors behind the head born? Uhrm... a little tacky?) so requested a room tour from the front desk.
Score: Mum 1. Nicole 0.
I was in a corner suite (all rooms are suites). The rooms are spacious and comfortable with a separate lounge and bedroom. I didn't spend a lot of time sitting on the couch watching what could be considered the biggest TV I'd ever seen in a hotel, but I did spend plenty of time working at the desk.
Beds are - as previously mentioned in other reviews - super soft and, for being on a main road, you hear little sound.
The mini bar is well stocked (avoid the Banana Moon Choc Chip Shortbread...) and the room service, from the downstairs Indian restaurant, is different to most hotels but the food, particularly the butter chicken, is delicious.
The hotel is a short walk/drive to everything the city has to offer but far enough to not be swarmed by tourists every day.
I had a few problems with check-in (my fault, not the hotels) but the team - especially Yosef behind the desk and Max in Concierge - were incredibly helpful and accommodation, even supplying with me with water and the WiFi password to pass the time.
Looking forward to staying again soon... or maybe at their new New York property! :)
In the harbour. I was lucky and got an upgrade to Club Floor. Rooms were very clean and spacious. Food absolutely delicious (tried Breakfast).
Staff is extremely corteous and professional. Highly reccomendable!
