Only thing to note is avoid the room service at all costs. We ordered just after arriving after a long flight, it took over 75 mins for our snack to arrive which was tiny and based on what came should have taken 5 mins. Massively overpriced and poor quality. Apart from that the hotel is ideal.

I was pleased with stay it has limited public rooms to sit but overall this wasnt an issue.

Comfortable, well-appointed bedrooms. VIP + service with my expedia booking was great! They arranged a taxi pick-up for me at 4:30 am and even went out of their way to ensure the coffee was already on for us even though breakfast was not until 6:30 am. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. Great location in Yaletown!

Hotel staff were extremely friendly and efficient - always very helpful with good suggestions for filling small amounts of time we had available. Our hotel room was very clean, quiet and comfortable. Hotel is also within walking distance of many attractions. We highly recommend St. Regis and would definitely stay there again if we are fortunate enough to return to Vancouver.

Smaller, boutique hotel in the center of Vancouver. Hotel staff were very pleasant and helpful. Very nice bar. Rooms were very clean and super quiet.

Very comfortable rooms with a spacious bathroom. The location was great. We'd entered Vancouver via a cruise ship so it was an easy walk from the port (although it was uphill). Staff were friendly.

We stayed 4 nights. The room was great and the hotel ended up being in the perfect location...the Seabus was right around the corner as well as the Lonsdale Quay market where we had breakfast most mornings...Cobs Breads was excellent! Excellent restaurants (e.g. Fishworks) just a short walk up the block. Fantastic view of the harbor from our room. Traffic seemed less crazy in N. Vancouver. Hotel was a short drive from Horseshoe Bay ferry terminal. On Friday night there were several food trucks, a craft market and a live band right next to the hotel, which was an unexpected benefit that we really enjoyed.
