Easy check in, room was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Great location with easy access to down town waterfront. Right beside the current St. Paul’s hospital. Coffee shop within hotel opens at 7 am. Starbucks to your right then across st with very short walk if need something before that. Restaurant on site. Did not eat there as visiting family but bar staff were excellent. Special shout out to the young Door man who was there April 30th, May first day shift. He was excellent and deserves a raise. Greeted us every time we came and went and was lovely.

We were bummed to find out that the pool was under construction, since this was not communicated to us ahead of time. My kids were disappointed. The parking situation is also kind of a nightmare, and very expensive. The hotel is beautiful and staff are wonderful, though.

Pinnacle is right in the heart of the harbour downtown Vancouver. The staff were friendly and helpful and the food was good quality. The hotel is older but well maintained. We enjoyed our stay at the Pinnacle!
