Overall we had a fantastic experience. The staff were very friendly, the location was ideal (close to the Whitecaps game) and the 1 bedroom suite was comfortable. A couple draw backs was that I didn't realize at the time of checkin (and missed a subsequent email) that the timeshare/condo units at Rosedale do not include shampoo/conditioner which was a little bit of an inconvenience when you are staying for a few nights.

I love everything about this place! Can't wait to visit again!

Staff is five star, but the furniture is a little beat up. Clean, except under the couch cushions. Definitely good value.

Best hotel i’ve stayed at, by far. The staff were excellent. They greeted me every time i walked through the doors, every time i ran into them in the halls, etc, very friendly. Any requests/questions i had, they answered them right away. Room was very excellent, great mattress, great room controls (lighting and temperature). The only thing; and this is a very small thing compared the amount of things the hotel did great on, is that it would be nice if the TV in the room was a smart tv, or have access to netflix/youtube or streaming etc. There is an ipad which has this however it would be nice to have it on a bigger screen. Regardless that is a very minor ding. If I find myself in Vancouver again, i will be staying here, that’s for certain.

Centrally located, very friendly and helpful front staff The room was stocked with everything you would need, and if the room didn’t have something, they were more than happy to provide it Would definitely recommend this property and I would stay here again
