Pool is not worth the visit (in basement and very dingy) unless you have children and want a bit of entertainment for them. Bar and restaurant are great and food delicious, although service was slow which resulted in us cancelling our dessert. All staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Laundry room was very handy as we were travelling for a few weeks however TV and computer advertised as time fillers while waiting for your laundry were all out of service. Hotel is well positioned to access downtown, Stanley Park and the Aquarium.
