This is a nice quiet little place to stay at. Really accessible to transit and driving. The property is very pretty and the comunal kitchen is nice and clean and well organized.

The bedroom was clean and had a comfy bed alongside a closet to store your clothes. The bathroom had shampoo and a hair dryer which were very helpful. The only downside was the walls were thin so you could hear other guests clearly. In the morning, we woke up because of another guests alarm that was heard through the wall which sucked. The host provided great amenities and the house has free parking!!

Bring Earbuds for sleeping as there are a lot of travellers coming through this place! Overall wonderful stay though. Huge, airy house with full kitchen and laundry machine. I stayed there 5 nights and they came by and cleaned every day, and got me an iron when I asked. I found walking to the Skytrain really convenient. The back garden is really lovely too. Would stay again

This place is great!!! I have stayed here at least 4 times now in the last year. The big point for me, over and above how clean it is and easy to deal with operators, is that it isn't trying to rip you off with its cleaning fees. Its is reasonably priced, usually lower, even though it does fluctuate with the season and week or weekend. Smartly run, reasonably priced, clean, with friendly, competent owners. Never had an issue which is why I will be back for a 5th stay in the future. Oh yes. The back yard is beautiful.

What I like with the property is just 15 mins walk to skytrain station, good property but the room is hot we sweated at night and cant sleep well. I noticed the AC is just kicking in 2x or 3x in hour at night and just lasted for about a minute and stop. The thermostat was taped so that it cant adjust. Reported early on our first day on our 7 days stay but nothing change. Its not recommendable.

The price was excellent, and we appreciated being able to bring our dog. The owner was friendly and responsive through email and provided clear instructions for accessing the property. The location is very convenient, especially being so close to Metrotown. We stayed in the “Victoria” room at the front of the house facing the street, and it was quite warm during our stay. It also would have been nice if facecloths had been provided. Since we were traveling with our dog, we were not given the option of a room at the back of the house, which may have been cooler and quieter. Overall, we would stay again, but next time would request a room facing the backyard.
