"This hotel was good for the price, but there was no elevators so you had to carry your suitcase upstairs the staircase the room is very small and when you’re using the heat in the bathroom, you have to be very careful because handle doesn’t work well it’s either very hot or very cold and when you leave the heat on, it comes out of the bathroom and set up the smoke alarm so we didn’t have such a good experience with that but a nice quiet place close to the cruise ship"

"We had an excellent stay at Homewood Suites by Hilton Surrey! From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The check-in process was quick and easy, and check-out was just as smooth. Our room was exceptionally clean, spacious, comfortable, and well maintained, which made it easy to relax and feel at home throughout our stay. The location is also excellent—convenient and a great base for getting around the area. What stood out most was the combination of wonderful service, cleanliness, comfort, and location. The staff truly made us feel welcome, and the entire experience from arrival to departure was seamless. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Surrey!"
