"We arrived late in the evening and our room was held for us. The staff were pleasant and helpful despite the hour. The room was fresh and quiet with a wonderful view of the marina. A restaurant and convenience shop were located adjacent to the lobby. The airport shuttle was timely and the driver was accommodating."

"Had a great stay. Clean, very good location, quiet room. Property advertises bikes however it’s on a first come first serve. Unfortunately when I wanted a bike they were not available however that would be the only extremely tiny complaint. Aside from that, no complaints at all. Would stay here again when I visit Vancouver."

"Our room was comfortable even though we were on a lower floor and on the side of the building where there was traffic on the street. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was not what we expected. It was OK - but dirty dishes accumulated and tables were often dirty. Seating was challenging at times. On the positive side, the shuttle was great and took us to the cruise port. And the front desk staff were also friendly and helpful."

"The room was very clean, bed and chairs very comfortable . No hallway noise or noise from adjacent rooms. The only downside, the a/c fan was quite loud and rattled. Staff all very friendly and helpful. Hotel location is very walkable - just what I was looking for. I would stay here again."
