Very friendly service and even the Sahota's restaurant which was in partnership with the hotel, next door was great.
Very tasty food and not too expensive, especially with 12% discount for hotel customers.

We had a really pleasant 11 day stay. Our room was very clean and comfortable.
The complimentary breakfast was good and a great way to start the day.
All staff we interacted with were friendly, welcoming and genuinely helpful. A special mention to Sav, one of the duty managers, who was always helpful and went out of his way to assist us whenever we needed anything.
Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would happily stay here again. Thank you to the whole team for making our family visit...

Very nice, super clean, very new. Comfy bed, nice bathroom gestures and lovely complimentary soft drinks and snacks in the shared space.
I missed having no tea/coffee facilities in the hotel room. There were no cups/glasses either to be able to drink water. It would be fab to add those things to the rooms with creamers so that you don't need to get dressed to go get a coffee.
A full length mirror would also be a great addition.
Overall great as very comfy & quiet to relax in!

We arrived at the hotel off a cruise ship around 9am - well before the official check in time. However, the staff allowed us to move in to our room immediately: a kindness much appreciated by my wife who was feeling rather unwell.
While she rested, I found much of interest as I wandered around the neighborhood and was impressed with the quality and scale of amenities there.
With the SkyTrain station only a block away, I think this would be a great base for visiting Vancouver.

Excellent value for money for our large family group. Close to many bars, restaurants and the shopping centre. Room and bathroom were clean and comfortable. All staff were friendly and cheerful. Hotel felt secure and safe. We had absolutely nothing to complain about.
