"We enjoyed staying at this very clean and rather retro cool hotel. It was super clean. The staff were very engaging, and the decor was whimsical. The garden in the centre of the building, with the lit up palm trees, were truly quaint and illuminating. It’s a great bargain too."

"We stayed for one night. Perfect location from the airport and to walk around Vancouver. Very clean, quite and staff helpful. Also paid parking under hotel. Small area to get refreshments all we didn't use it"

"The hallways had garbage bags that were not collected and sitting outside of the elevator (3pm) Got late check out (1pm) at time of check in. Housekeeping entered my room 3 times, all before 10am on check out day even though the tag was on the door. We ended up leaving the hotel just after 10am because we were fed up with it. For the price tag of over $400 for a single night, this was absolutely ridiculous and reflects poorly on the managing staff."

"Chris and other members of Concierge team were very friendly and welcoming. Front staff were okay but didnt offer any info about the hotel such as options for breakfast or that there is a terrace. We liked the location, walkable to most sites. Pool, hot tub and sauna were a good bonus."
