"- customer service lacking
- no luggage trolley
- no room allocated, waited up to 15 mins for check in
- Room dusty, and bathroom had not been cleaned at all - dried urine on floor and toilet
- key card not working
- rooms a bit of a maze
- townhouse room - could hear the neighbours
- parking supposed to be free, but received a parking ticket which now having to challenge"
