I wasn't sure about booking this hotel, as I'd never heard of it. However it was amazing. It is small but that actually adds to the experience. We usually prefer larger hotels but this was truly 5*. It really feels like a special place. The staff all get the balance of attentive & friendly right. If we needed anything they seemed to arrive at just the right time. Once again this was an excellent place to come and relax. The spa is incredible, the food superb and the service is top notch. Drinks at the pool are pricey but one of life’s necessities. Stay for two nights and leave 5pm on the second day. Book spa appointments well in advance.

A very pleasant stay at the Runnymede Hotel, staff were very helpful and polite and professional. The grounds in which the hotel is situated is immaculate and well keep. Such an enjoyable relaxing environment, me and my partner stayed for one night as it was my birthday and it was thoroughly enjoyable.

We stayed here after our lovely but tiring wedding day. We were able to check in very late and were made very comfortable on arrival. We stayed in the Wordsworth Suite, it was very grand and spacious. Perfect for our romantic getaway. We had breakfast in bed which was delicious!

Stay here for 3 nights, spotless clean and very good size room, breakfast good quality and might be a bit expensive for some. I'd definitely stay again

Particularly helpful and efficient staff on reception and in the restaurant. It was very busy in the restaurant but staff were working hard to keep things moving.

We stay at The Lanesborough regularly when visiting London. This was our second Christmas stay and we have already booked for 2024 because this hotel is wonderful. The staff are all incredible and make you feel so special.

Valet and doorman greeted us with a smile and remembered our name each time we left and returned! Wait staff in the dining rooms were so friendly and very attentive. Beautifully decorated for Christmas!

Beautiful hotel. Very clean and opulent. The staff were all very friendly and attentive. Glass of champagne on arrival which was delicious and special pastries and fruit to celebrate our anniversary. The only downside was the discretionary service charge which seemed rather steep on checking out.

Clean, cozy & spacious studio with a well-equipped kitchen. Peaceful neighbourhood. Centrally located with good accessibility. Polite and friendly staff. Worth the price.
