The best hotel I've stayed in for many years. Great location, fabulous staff (so helpful), gorgeous food, lovely rooms. A lovely base to explore Palma from.

The hotel and our room is stunning, and in an amazing location - so close to all Seville’s main landmarks. The room was spotless, beautifully decorated and we even had a peacock perched outside our window one morning! The staff were really friendly and helpful, we arrived earlier than our check-in time in the hopes to drop off bags before and they let us check-in early as our room was ready! Would recommend to anyone! Thank you for a great stay.

Central. Wonderfully atmospheric hotel and surroundings a couple of minutes walk from the Cathedral. Sensitive integration of the modern (eg lift) with the historic. Super helpful, polite, good natured staff.

Fantastic hotel in a perfect location for Logrono. Free car park nearby too. Rooms were superb, luxurious. Breakfast was excellent with excellent service when required. Staff were extremely helpful and rang wineries for us to book tours with good recommendations. Cannot find fault at all! Would certainly recommend for anyone. Not expensive especially considering how good the hotel is.

Great location to get anywhere across the city, The local tube station Rockafort is two minutes walk from the hotel. You get the benefit of a fairly quieter laid-back location still with lots of amenities but with easy access to the busier parts of the city. The hotel was super clean and the staff very accommodating and friendly. The Bed was very, very comfortable. For those who love their English breakfast tea beware tea is not provided and we had to specially request a kettle for hot water to...

Well located hotel with around 20 minutes walk to the old city centre and just round the corner from the Nervion shopping plaza. Very good breakfast and hotel maids coming to tidy the room each and every day

It was our 4th stay at the hotel and we felt at home straight away. We had a beaitiful suite overlooking the sea and even had sun beds on our terrace. The staff are always friendly and very helpful. The breakfast was excellent and had a vast choice of everything you could ever want. We had a super time and can't wait to go again next year.

The hotel was lovely. Its motto is "Charm and Sensitivity" and it lives up to the title. It really is a very charming place. Everywhere in the hotel is spotlessly clean and well maintained. We could leave the patio doors to our balcony open and wake up to hear the waves on the beach below - very romantic. The housekeeping staff were lovely and Monica at reception very helpful.

Fabulous central location. Nice cafe bars and restaurants around. Literally 2 mins from the Cathedral and 5 tops to the Alcazar. The hotel itself is just lovely. Friendly professional staff, great coffee and warm comfortable beds and a Huge hot shower! Fab decor! Honestly such a pleasant stay and e periemce and highly recommend!

Totally relaxing holiday, excellent hotel and location

Stayed there for an overnight, this boutique hotel is really lovely, welcoming and with a sleek design that will appeal to many. The doormen were very helpful and a great addition to the hotel. The room was very spacious, I love the attention to detail with the salt baths. Nice touch. Had a lovely time at the Mencey. Staff absolutely lovely and so friendly, hotel both grand in its colonnaded porches and cool inner courtyard, and comfortable, with many places to have drinks and food in the shade and chill. Spa very well kitted out (extra €18 a day) breakfast spread faultless. Grilled Seafood served on the pool terrace is particularly good. Pool is great, using salt water instead of chlorine.
