The hotel was absolutely beautiful and had everything we could possibly need. The staff was so friendly and helpful and made us feel very welcomed during our time in Barcelona. Wish we could have stayed longer!

The staff was very unfriendly Misspelled My name at check in so internet WIFI NEVER worked In my room no shower curtain for 2 days nor blackouts Horrible 5 star hotel tha staff was terrible Room cleaning never happened even though we out the sign on the door to make up room

Our family of 5 had an incredible stay at Casa Fuster - the hotel and location were perfect for our 3 days in Barcelona at the end of our 12 day trip to Spain. Our stay was made extra special by the exceptional staff, especially Eloy. He went out of his way many times to make sure we were taken care of while at the same time making a special effort to connect with each of our 3 kids. Thank you so much Eloy, you are incredible! The only area for improvement would be the comfort of the beds - we all found them very firm and uncomfortable but other than that 5 stars all around and we would stay here again next time we are in Barcelona.
