The hotel is very nice. It is located ~10 blocks away from beach. Rooftop swimming pool and bar had an amazing view of the city and perfect to enjoy it with kids and family in the afternoon and end of the day. Restaurant had an amazing breakfast. Staff was impeccable. Highly recommend!!

Good location 30 min walk to Sagrada Família or metro 5 min walk then 10 min to Sagrada Família. The best is it’s just outside the centre so very quiet. Westfield shopping centre with literally everything 10 min walk until 10pm. 10 min bus to the beach. We had a triple room with a big bed and opened small sofa chair for our six year old. Memory foam mattress and pillow. Perfect. Very small room for the price. Good small bathroom with a double walk-in shower. Mini bar, kettle and a tea/coffee. Very nice hotel.

This hotel saved my trip because I flew from Albania to Rome and my luggage state in Rome for two days. Without the help of Marlena, the supervisor and also Mina and Ramon I would’ve never received my luggage and I had six more weeks to travel in Europe… they went out of their way with the tracking and everything they could do and I had a tag saying it was still in Rome and at 10 o’clock the night before I was going to Andorra. My phone rang, and Mina made me the happiest person in the world… this hotel is a great location. I walked the Sagrada Familia. It’s only 20 minutes and a beautiful view of the city from the hotel.. There’s a convenient mall nearby in case your luggage leaves in Rome for two days d The breakfast was excellent buffet, and they made omelettes to order. I cannot appreciate how helpful this Hotel staff was for me❤️❤️❤️

Staff was super quick and helpful within their capacity. The set up of the hotel as it's pitched as an eco friendly hotel means it's purely reliant on sensors. Every day coming back to the room meant a super hot room. Leaving the window doesn't do much as it was warm outside. Shower on the older side as you can see the floor peeling. AC went out during a thunderstorm. While I can appreciate the weather a bit concerning that a weather event (not significant) meant the system crashed. The original room smelled really disgusting and it was due to no air circulation or ac as an occupant needs to be in the room. They quickly changed our room but the pipes are old and the rooms can quickly smell foul. I'd say it works if your budget conscious and are either single or a couple. With young children if you can spend a bit more go for it.

The rooms were lovely and clean, and the staff was extremely helpful in sorting out an early check-in. The rooftop patio has a great view of the city, and the pool was clean, which was a nice bonus for the stay. The one issue was that the hairdryer overheats and shuts off after a few minutes of normal use. It takes a few minutes to cool down, then you can use it again for a few more minutes.

Room was nice and modern. A little far away from things but I would recommend it. The breakfast option included in our hotel fare was not that great. Nice fruit, cheese and croissants and decent coffee but the bacon needs to be cooked more and the scrambled eggs need to be cooked longer. Otherwise the staff and property are well kept. 4/5
