I had an amazing experience at this hotel in Malaga. The staff were truly impressive and made my stay even more enjoyable. I especially want to mention the two ladies who stood out the most, Claude in particular was absolutely wonderful. She was lovely, caring, and incredibly helpful throughout my stay. Their kindness and professionalism made a big difference, and I would happily return again.

The hotel was spotlessly clean and v close to everything like the Picasso museum and Alcazabar. The staff were friendly and helpful. Easy to get the bus to the airport. Breakfasts were great. As a solo traveller I felt totally safe and looked after.

Have stayed in hotel before as it is close to city centre, beach and port. And two minute walk to bus stop for airport. Arrived early but was allowed to check in straight away which was a big help. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Lovely hotel, excellent comfy beds! Slide into reception is great fun!

Excellent property in a good location

The hotel has every facility on its door step. Market 50 meters away. Coffee shops/restaurants around the corner. The hotel is simple but very clean and the staff are excellent. You can get to every top tourist place in 15 minutes max

The apartment was very clean and nice with the location very close to the beach, some bars and restaurants and a train station/shopping centre. The communication was very good and didn’t have any problems at all. Would definitely recommend and stay here again

El Riad Andaluz is a delightful hotel on a quiet pedestrian street. The central atrium with many climbing plants is a lovely place to sit. The owner (with his very friendly cat) looked after us well. Highly recommended.

This was my third time at this hotel. The staff at the reception is great and the rooms are impeccably clean and newly renovated. The location is near the train/bus stations but no noise can be heard in the rooms. Therefore, one not only is at walking distance from the main attractions and beaches of Malaga but can also take a coach or train to other nearby destinations such as Granada, Ronda or Antequera without stress

In October there is a beautiful smell from the jasmine plants climbing up the front of the house. We had an ensuite with a communal sitting room and the option of sitting on the small front terrace. We could also use the kitchen facilities from 9am to 9pm each day. The small hotel is quirky, with some interesting wall paintings. The reception staff were friendly and gave us map, giving advice on the map in response to questions. They spoke reasonable English - much better than our Spanish! The...

Really friendly place. Room was spotless and ideal for what I needed. Fabulous location. Hope to be back one day! Muchas Gracias!!

Was very pleasantly surprised by this apartment. Excellent check in procedure with friendly helpful staff. Great apartment, modern clean, good facilities. Wifi not brilliant but no big deal. Lovely roof garden and in great position for the historical centre as it is only a 15min walk away. Very good take away places nearby, must mention Holiday Kebab bar restaurant and takeaway C/Jaboneros Local 1, where you can get excellent value food. Only slight down side is that there is a church next...

Attractive old apartments. Beautifully renovated. Spotlessly clean. Huge, very comfortable beds. The sound proofing from city bustle worked perfectly. Friendly, helpful reception staff. Victor even organised for a car to collect us from the airport. Great communication. Great service. We will be back!

Fantastic hostel right in the centre of Malaga. But also lots of noise from the street because it was right in the centre of Malaga. Didn't bother me though. Easy to access with public transportation.

Comfortable room with everything i needed except for a view, lack of daylight but i lived the decor and Van Gogh theme. Owner very helpful and communicated well

Another consistently excellent stay at The Residence. Super attention to detail. Rooms are excellent, the private pool is lovely, staff are attentive and the breakfast is amazing. Wonderful housekeeping lady and we feel safe and well looked after. Only request would be to have beach beds included or at a reduced rate for residents!
