Very nice hotel located at walk distance of Puerto Banus. There are buses to go to Marbella town that take 10 minutos to get there for less than 3 euros per person each way. The breakfast was excellent. We were there at the end of the season. I can give an opinion about the beaches.

Much better than I was expecting-almost all inclusive for a fair price. Property was well maintained and clean, the food was well done, if not gourmet, but adequate. A great value.
