"I requested a wheelchair accessible room with a shower I was put on the top floor in a room that I couldnt get my wheelchair passed the bed in the room I asked to be moved and wqs moved to a room on 1st floor that still couldn't get my wheelchair passed the bed no disabled shower so lived for 2 weeks struggling even though there are rooms in this hotel that I have stayed in before that could of been better suited staff were unhelpful on the 2nd week i discovered that i could get a pass key card to use the disabled toilet in the bar after helpful bar staff told me I asked at reception why this wasnt given in the 1st place and they just shugged and said nothing this hotel is not one for wheelchair users "
