First impression of the hotel was not great as the lobby and lift are very small. However I am happy with the room and found the staff extremely helpful generally. It’s great to hear the staff telling American tourists about the history of royalty :)

We love this hotel. Hidden away and easy access to everywhere. We walked to West End for shows. Tower of London for sights and Spitalfields for dining. Hotel was immaculate as ever. Staff super friendly. What’s not to like.

We were only here for 1 night but had a lovely stay and would highly recommend the hotel and would return if in the area again. It was close to the station and bus routes,shops restaurants etc. From the warm welcome from the gentleman at the door and efficient and personable reception staff,we found check in was quick and easy . The rooms were clean and well thought out,the towels fluffy and soft and the bed comfortable.

This was hotel was amazing, the room was modern, comfortable quirky and with great view from the 7th floor. The bathroom was great and the bed comfortable Breakfast was tasty, a la carte only but delicious and freshly made food. Highlight recommend this hotel

This is a great location for walking along the Thames. Hotel is lovely with plenty of space in the suites.

I wasn't sure about booking this hotel, as I'd never heard of it. However it was amazing. It is small but that actually adds to the experience. We usually prefer larger hotels but this was truly 5*. Amidst the hustle and bustle of London Bridge is a gem of a boutique hotel, The Lalit. The old school has been transformed into fabulous high ceilinged bedrooms and a must see dining room: the restoration has done this building proud. On a boiling hot and sticky day in London the accommodation provided an oasis of calm, noise free and air conditioned. I loved it.

This hotel is superb , the staff were excellent form arrival to departure and there was nothing they wouldn’t do.

Fabulous service from the team. We couldn’t not have been better looked after. The location is good and most places are a 20-30 minute walk away but the immediate area is fairly office heavy.
