Outstanding hotel. One of the best we have stayed in. The customer service and personal touch is a level above.

Beautiful authentic riad with simply lovely staff who couldn’t be more accommodating! Wonderful breakfasts too

A real paradise. 6 stars hotel Everything was PERFECT, and I am demanding.

The room was spacious and great, everything newly renovated, great amenities, amazing staff

Week trip for mother & teenage daughter: The owners & staff were extremely welcoming and helpful. Hotel was amazing. Such a contrast between hassle & bustle of city and peace & calm of hotel, both equally enjoyable. Meals, both in restaurant and room, were all scrumptious. Hamman and massage totally relaxing. Daily transport to & from hotel surprisingly easy. Classic room generous, comfortable and cool with large balcony. The generally feeling of the hotel and gardens was also spacious and...

A Perfect 10/10 Stay. Wow. We stayed 5 nights at L'Adresse Boutique Hotel & Spa. This hotel is new and all the staff are excellent, very professional and friendly, definitely the most welcoming service we have ever received in any hotel we have stayed in. Location is great with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. Our deluxe room was modern and clean with a very comfortable king size bed. The bathroom was very modern with a rainfall shower. Lovely restaurant on site and the breakfast was...

This was my third time visiting Marrakech and second time staying in the Four Seasons. I decided to come back because this place offers unparalleled service. The staff are very nice, always smiling and very attentive (they even clean your sunglasses by the pool). They make you feel like you own the place. The resort is full of palm trees, has a tennis court, a nice gym and great pool. The Premium rooms have great balconies with a view of the Atlas Mountains. Nothing compares to having your...

We had a lovely stay at Palais Faraj and the staff were extremely attentive and gave an excellent service. The hotel and our room were beautiful and the guide arranged for us was extremely knowledgeable. Amazing views of the medina too!

We gave the hotel a detailed answer to their own feedback questionnaire so no need to comment further

Excellent resort family friendly with customer first attitude. Fiona was excellent and attentive to our needs. Hisham and Amin, our butler were always there when we needed them. The mandarin pool villa is beautifully designed and the gardens outside the villa are like your in Paradise. Perfect location for medina and the airport. Highly recommend this place.

One of the great hotels I have visited in Morocco, very kind and professional staff , they gave two upgrades for my room , rooms are spacious and have a direct sea view very close to the shore, staff helped planning my vacation with a smile and welcoming attitude Rooms are very clean thanks to Ms. Awatef , reception starred amazing mahdi , Mohammed and sahar I thank you all for a great experience

Breakfast was stunning, people friendly, massage was gorgeous (and the spa!!) the sea front promenade was great - grab a bike and explore. The restaurants were gorgeous especially the Italian

We absolutely loved our stay at the Fairmont. The hotel is beautiful and our room was lovely, very spacious, comfortable and luxurious. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the bedsheets were so soft, which made it feel even more luxurious. The food was also really nice and overall we had a wonderful stay. The only downside is that the drinks are quite expensive. For example, a gin and tonic is around £15, so you’re really looking at London prices. I was also very surprised by the...

Very friendly staff and helpful, rooms are good for value, location is well centered..

Everything was great!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ **Wonderful Stay with Amazing Staff!** My daughter and I had a lovely stay at NearYo Hotel and would definitely return and recommend it! Our suite was spacious and comfortable. There was some outside traffic noise, but that's beyond the hotel's control. The main attractions, including Jemaa el-Fnaa and Koutoubia Mosque, required taxis, although Marjane supermarket and eateries were within walking distance. What made our stay special was the wonderful staff! Chef Lamiya was amazing!...
