The resort was 5 stars from the moment I entered. I was immediately shown around the resort by the butler for the villa, Samia. She would be my point of contact for anything i needed throughout the week. The villa was absolutely stunning, an oasis of relaxation. The resort is one of the most peaceful venues I've ever stayed at. From handling rides to and from the city, organizing reservations , handling laundry or anything you can think of : Samia and the concierge staff were always cheerful and happy to oblige. They really made you feel like you were at home. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway!

At a superficial level, this hotel is stunningly opulent with regular use of water features. I walk with the aid of a cane because of balance issues and the hotel offered too many risks of falling. As a result I didn't use the spa or plunge pool in my room. Staff were consistently brilliant. My room had 6 component and was spotless.

The staff was outstanding, and their service spectacular. It was a very luxurious and relaxing experience. The rooms, landscape, and gardens at the resort were very beautiful. I especially loved all the roses and honeysuckle planted on the property.

Resort was absolutely beautiful, perfect for rest and relaxation. During our stay we only needed to leave the hotel once for an excursion. Food quality is top notch, and service at the hotel is the best we ever experienced. They make sure you are completely taken care of, from the time you arrive at the airport to when you leave. Spa treatments were great too. We would definitely visit again if we come back to Morocco.

This oasis in Morocco was the most amazing stay of my life. Other than the jacuzzi not being hot enough I cannot rave enough. From the butler service, to the car service, to the food and the spa. The private villa was the most amazing with the shower doubling as a steam room. Amazing!!!

This place is like no other - heaven on earth. The check-in process was smooth and efficient. Our villa was brilliant. It was huge with our own pool (not heated and therefore we could not use it as the water was cold), a heated jacuzzi, a living room, bedroom and a large bathroom and a store room. The bed was huge and luxurious. The bathroom had a hand-held shower, a rain shower and the best was a waterfall shower! The in-house service was exemplary. We had a direct contact with our butler via whatsapp. The team were wonderful in responding to our messages within a couple of minutes. Noura, from the service team, was fantastic. She was very pleasant and helped us sort out a small issue in the bill with great professionalism. The breakfast was excellent and Kariba and Malik made us feel at home. We booked a lot of excursions, like a visit to Imlil in the Atlas mountains, desert experience, guided tour of the old city through the concierge. Syeed who helped us, in my opinion, is the best concierge I have ever seen. His choice of places, guides, restaurants to eat were excellent. He was patient and took a genuine interest in our trips. The cars from the hotel were large, clean and spacious. The drivers always had a smile on their face. Dawood, Mohammad and Imad in particular stood out. Dawood in particular gave us a lot of history facts during our drive to the desert. We even had Thomas, the general manager, stop by and have a chat with us as we were about to leave.

Fabuleux en tous points. Un resort absolument incroyable, des villas somptueuses, mais aussi et surtout une équipe formidable qui rend le (court !) séjour vraiment mémorable. A recommander sans la moindre réserve !
