We had a lovely stay at Palais Faraj and the staff were extremely attentive and gave an excellent service. The hotel and our room were beautiful and the guide arranged for us was extremely knowledgeable. Amazing views of the medina too!

This was my third time visiting Marrakech and second time staying in the Four Seasons. I decided to come back because this place offers unparalleled service. Excellent resort family friendly with customer first attitude. Fiona was excellent and attentive to our needs. Hisham and Amin, our butler were always there when we needed them. The mandarin pool villa is beautifully designed and the gardens outside the villa are like your in Paradise. Perfect location for medina and the airport. Highly recommend this place.

We absolutely loved our stay at the Fairmont. The hotel is beautiful and our room was lovely, very spacious, comfortable and luxurious. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the bedsheets were so soft, which made it feel even more luxurious. The food was also really nice and overall we had a wonderful stay.
