"Having a nice restaurant on site always helps when planning a stay, makes it so easy to organise dinner for your evening"

"Great and comfortable room, has everything you need to relax and to explore Liverpool. Great location too, just a few minutes walk from shopping, restaurants, and nightlife. I'd totally stay here again!"

"Lovely hotel with friendly staff Added bonus is the free parking close to all of Liverpools attractions"

"The apartment was very clean and well equipped, easy check in and out, will definitely stay again"

"good location and price staff very helpful and the place is clean"

"Great location and clean. Nice bar and reasonably priced. Upstairs the hotel is tired but functional, we already knew that and it was fine for us."

"The Richmond used to be a great property but feels neglected of late. Room given initially was so smelly, asked the manager and to his credit changed the room to something more pleasant. Overall, the cleanliness is not great, lots of visible damage to the hotel, but only stayed for one night so made do. Have stayed before an the hotel does have a nice wing which is newer but rest of it was poor and it's the second time I've needed a room change. "

"Stayed here with 2 other friends after going to a football match at Anfield. 3 single beds in one room. It was £70 for one night - we thought it was good value. The check-in process was a pain, we actually had to check in at Beach Mount Hotel - half a mile further down the road. The room and bathroom were clean and tidy and the room was warm - very important as it was a very cold night. You could hear the traffic from outside, but that didn't bother me"
