"Overall, I had a great experience despite of what others say regarding this resort. All the staff were super friendly and welcoming. The weather was amazing, food was average resort food. Pool was nice and the entertainment crew was the best. I would also recommend booking with JR excursions & transportation services when traveling to Jamaica (876-346-2218) Chevy was super nice & very attentive! "

The beach was sooo beautiful. Bed was comfy. I can go on and on about our love for this resort. Will definitely be back!"

"The most all inclusive resort we have visited. The watersports and some excursions are included which makes this resort stand out. The services and food are very good. The dinning food was exceptional. The only negatives would be the internet coverage. It was spotty at best. Also, I requested minibar service three times and never received. "

"When we arrived our room wasn’t quite ready yet but we were able to change into bathing suits and go to the pool. The pool area was large maybe needed more chairs but there were many activities going on throughout the day. It was very windy which without the sun was a little chilly at times. We ate at all of the restaurants and the food was very good. It was first come first serve so we arrived when they opened and we got right in. We went on a free shuttle to a shopping area. Not many stores, so it wasn’t really worth the trip. There was a lot of seaweed on the beach, but the hotel did a very good job of clearing it out as best as they could. There were people selling items on the beach but they did not approach the guests. They kept their distance and if you wanted something, you went to them. The staff asked us upon arrival to come receive our package (which I think was to look at timeshare) but we never went and they never bothered us to go look. Overall we had a very nice time. "
