Amazing resort! Staff was incredibly friendly, bartenders were on point, pools and swim up bar were so fun, and food was amazing. Pretty much no complaints about Bahia Principe!

We visited the resort for 5 days and 4 nights and had a blast! Every staff member that we interacted with greeted us with a warm smile and was very friendly! We can not wait to return! The food was amazing the drinks were amazing! 10/10 highly recommend !

My stay at Moon Palace Jamaica was an exceptional experience from beginning to end. The resort exceeded my expectations in every way and provided the perfect combination of luxury, comfort, and outstanding customer service. The housekeeping staff did an excellent job keeping our room spotless throughout our stay, which made us feel comfortable and relaxed from the moment we arrived. The staff at Moon Palace Jamaica truly made the experience special. Every employee we encountered was friendly, professional, and eager to help. Whether at the front desk, restaurants, concierge desk, or pool area, we were always greeted with warm smiles and exceptional service. Their genuine hospitality created a welcoming atmosphere that made us feel valued as guests. The views were absolutely breathtaking. Waking up each morning to the beautiful Caribbean Sea was one of the highlights of the trip. The crystal-clear water, stunning beaches, and picturesque surroundings created the perfect setting for a relaxing vacation. Whether enjoying a meal overlooking the ocean or simply relaxing by the pool, the scenery was unforgettable. The dining options were excellent, offering a wide variety of delicious food and beverages. Every meal was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared.
