Bloody Bay Beach

From the moment we arrived until the day we departed, our experience was exceptional! We were welcomed with a refreshing welcome drink, and the warm, friendly staff made us feel at home immediately. The resort was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had an inviting ambiance throughout. There were plenty of amenities to enjoy, including multiple pools, great daily activities, and nightly entertainment that kept every evening fun and exciting. The food was delicious with a wide variety of options, and the service at every restaurant, bar, and throughout the resort was outstanding. Every staff member we encountered was professional, attentive, and genuinely committed to making our stay memorable. Whether you’re traveling solo, as a couple, with friends, or as a family with children, this resort truly has something for everyone. We had an amazing vacation and would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing, fun, all-inclusive getaway. We can’t wait to return!

All staff were professional, courteous and friendly. They all went out of their way to grant your requests. The ambience is very nice. The electrical outlets on the patio didn't always work. Had to be creative in getting plugs to stay in. They also need to upgrade from 110v to 220v. Just kidding, but they should have something for travelers from Europe. Internet service was pretty good. Everyone in my group were pleased and would return. The tour setup for us by the manager was fun!!!! Good people, fantastic accommodations. Recommended...

Our vacation was wonderful!We came to Moon place for our daughter’s 13th birthday. She’s a very picky eater and loved the food. The facility was absolutely beautiful! The staff were so kind and welcoming. The food was delicious from the buffet to the restaurants. The resort was kept clean and well tended to. Our rooms were refreshed daily. We swam with the dolphins and parasailed. The instructors were attentive and very knowledgeable on the excursions. Overall 10/10 my baby cried when it was time to leave. Thank you for a beautiful memorable trip we’ll definitely return!
