"The property manager was horrible, she was very aggressive when communicating. She tried to take my deposit for a broken lock that I have never touched. Very poor communication, I felt like I was in prison, because I wasn’t allowed to take visitors on her property. The housekeepers were more friendly and nice. "The description of the property was not at all accurate. The pool was big but was not at all a ”resort pool”. The dishwasher didn’t work, showers didn’t work properly, AC couldn’t keep up with the heat. It wasn’t close to anything. Nothing. No coffee maker or ice maker. Literally 4 plates. It was not well appointed. It was really disappointing. "

"Close to everything but far enough to enjoy some peace and quiet. Property is large and big enough for large groups. The place is a little older but it’s well kept."

"The house was beautiful, with an amazing outdoor and breathtaking views. The 7th bedroom was outside the main house and had no a/c or bathroom so I wouldn’t consider it a usable space. We still had ample space without using that area. Ivonne was amazing, she checked on us almost everyday to make sure we were doing ok, she truly an asset. There’s neighborhood security, so we always felt safe. It’s a close drive to Ocho Rios, so you’ll be close to attractions but you will need transportation if...

"It was a dream location with the sound of the sea bringing a calm and relaxing feel to the stay. The surroundings were stunning, lots of birds and incredible plants. The sea was perfectly clear and the snorkelling was absolutely amazing. I just loved the views. The staff were incredible and really went out of their way to help. "It was a wonderful vacation; the villa was lovely, the patio and view idyllic. Carlene was a terrific hostess; the meals she prepared were delicious and she checked in with us daily about what specialties she could prepare and asking what items we liked. The villa was very clean and very comfortable. I noticed there was no dishwasher in the kitchen' there seemed to be room for one and I would suggest that. Carlene never complained but I imagine that would make her life easier! We'd come back...

"The Pimento Villa was a home away from home for us. The location was perfect, the house was clean and comfortable and the hosts were amazing. This was the perfect family getaway and we were made to feel right at home.
