Definitely not okay, this place smelled like someone’s home. Funny old smell, there was no dishwashing liquid, sink sponge smelled like something spoiled. The fabuloso smell was intoxicating as the dirty mop sat in the closet by the kitchen. So they should advertise this isn’t a Resort, these units are individually owned units that people live in. I was coming fused when a lady called me and met me at the resort gate then took a picture of my id with her phone. She then deleted it when I asked her why, very suspect I was so uncomfortable.
The floors were sticky and I could tell was just wiped with that dirty mop, not to mention the fact the lady tried to hustle me and give me a room I did not pay for a room that was a studio and not beach view. It was a major weekend so I think she hoped I did not notice. After settling in and opening the window to see the view I was looking at the parking lot. I called her back and she switched me to the ground floor room in the back looks like someone’s home, she said oh so many guests I was confused lie because she gave me that room number to begin with.
in addition the beach access was closed due to lockdown so no beach, could only hear the Beach goers across the gate having a good time, there was no restaurant open there is no onsite anything if places are closed. Resorts have onsite everything, this is no resort just a old apartment complex with individual owners off the boardwalk hauling folks. Never again.
