Fantastic stay in the cottage - immaculately presented room with loads of space and a very nice selection of snacks. The staff in the Inn were incredibly welcoming and made for a totally relaxed break. Food at dinner and breakfast was delicious. Cannot recommend highly enough

Really lovely hotel with fantastic public rooms. Cosy bar with log fire and home made cakes or cocktails later on. Food was delicious and service very friendly. Rooms are being upgraded and the views are beautiful.

This was our first visit since the change in ownership. Really enjoyed our stay and had a lovely room and breakfast. Couldn't be tempted by the menu for lunch and dinner though - apart from the scones. Fortunately there were lovely options (The Green Dragon and Knead) nearby which we felt were more us and better value. Please sort out your menu, Cowley Manor!

We had an amazing time and the customer service was really on point. The staff member at breakfast was very funny and friendly. She made our breakfast time fun. The gym, steam room, sauna and pool were great to be able to use. Overall experience was really good. The only recommendation is to sort out the parking. Having to pay for parking as a guest is quite ridiculous.

A lovely country house hotel in a quiet setting but close to good road links to the midlands . Staff were professional friendly and well trained , spacious bedroom was very comfortable and immaculate but a little out of date , food was excellent in pleasant surroundings, parking good . I'd definitely stay again when in the area

We had a lovely stay here. The room was really comfortable and we made use of the spa in the morning for a swim. Will definitely return

Staff very helpful and friendly, meals very good value, the only thing missing was a chiller in the room to keep water / drinks cool.

my son held his wedding here on the 25th April 2019 staff and facilities were fantastic the staff were so friendly and helpful and helped make our day fantastic would definitely recommend to anyone

Perfect weekend away, rooms and pub are lovely, really lovely touches in each room. Pub was nice and had live music on Friday evening which was a real plus. Was very clean and staff were friendly!

Having stayed here before a few times, I knew it was going to be very good again. Food served swiftly and very hot. Nice service and good choice. Had a four poster bed in the room which was great and the noisy floorboards added to the character of the hotel. Good choice for food over breakfast from continental to cooked English breakfast. Pleasant hosts and clean in a great location to visit the Cotswolds. Recommended

Great location Lovely characterful hotel

I arrived around 18:00 due to heavy traffic in the area, the welcome was very pleasant, I was shown to my room with an offer of assistance with my luggage which wasn't necessary but a welcome gesture all the same. The room was very comfortable with a very modern en-suite. I booked a table to eat an evening meal which was nothing short of excellent. A very comfortable sleep was followed by a lovely cooked breakfast. Checkout was very easy with no fuss. In short, a very pleasant overnight...

A lovely hotel with modern rooms and polite and friendly staff. Food is excellent and is a very short walk to the centre of bath. There is also a long stay carpark just behind brooks that you can use or they can provide a permit for your car as parking in bath is a nightmare. I would definately stay here again and recommend brooks guesthouse to anyone.
