"Fabulous hotel, the staff could not have done more to make our stay comfortable, and the spa was a real treat. "

"Excellent stay!"

"Great place to stay in Cheltenham. Cozy rooms, friendly staff and in an area which is walkable to shops and dining. Would definitely recommend to stay here."

"Its was nice experience over there"

"Staff were great"

"Food was really gorgeous. We had breakfast, dinner and cream tea there. All excellent. Room was very comfortable but small. Hotel garden lovely. Drinks great. Service was haphazard: often had to go inside to seek or give a food order, or request cutlery once food had come etc, as hard to flag someone down once we’d been seated/served. Some staff were welcoming, some were brusk. Hotel in beautiful town and was a lovely place. Overall, would go again. "

"Very friendly helpful staff, nice room but no aircon available when a heatwave. Great location."

"Absolutely loved our stay. So much so we are planning our next visit back to the property"
