"I stayed here for 3 nights. Good location,shops nearby. I would have preferred to have a net curtain being on the ground floor because my room was facing a main road and didn't have much privacy unless I closed the curtains. But I would stay here again."

"Our stay was extremely comfortable and relaxed. The staff were very friendly when we checked in. Our room was well maintained and large. Breakfast was good, I did think that the bacon was overcooked but that is just my opinion, we would definitely stay again"

"Good size deluxe room on the top floor, not much of a view other than the car park. Parking is £17 per night and breakfast quoted at £20 per person per night"

"Picked this hotel for great location and price. Used as a stopover on the way to Cornwall. Staff friendly & professional. The room was clean, shower was good. There’s no air con, but a fan was provided. Duvet very heavy & pillows were also thick & lumpy, so this made for an uncomfortable night. Due to this we’d probably pick somewhere else next time. Good choice & price of drinks from the bar, didn’t use the restaurant as only stayed one night but food choices looked ok. Also would have liked to try the leisure facilities but didn’t feel like it after the poor night’s sleep. Lots of parking which cost £7 per night."

"This hotel is absolutely gorgeous! The amenities such as the pool, steam room and sauna was such a nice treat to have. Staff was friendly and very welcoming. Breakfast was a bit costly but was great. Great stay!"

"It was all very good apart from the beef on our roast dinner was really chewy but the waiter apologised and said they were going to change the supplier and offered us a free desert or drink."
