I have stayed at this hotel a few times and the staff are absolutely lovely. The the rooms are well decorated and a good size and the bed is very confortable. The bathroom has a magnifying mirror and the water pressure is fairly good for the shower. I like the provision of mineral water as well as the usual tea and coffee. The vegan breakfast is wonderful and there is plenty of additional items on the buffet to choose from all of which is good quality. I love the atmosphere is the hotel and feel very confortable staying here. Unfortunately, the most recent stay was marred by noise late at night and early in the morning. There were various thumps and crashes and I could clearly hear someone using the bathroom in the room next to mine after midnight which was not great. I have experienced noisy guests before but I felt that this time, the amount of noise was due to my room being poorly insulated - I should not be able to hear the next door room using the toilet! It was a section of the hotel I have not stayed in before which may explain it as it may not have the same insulation as the main building. It was disappointing as I normally love staying at this hotel. It was particularly busy with coachloads of people so understandable, but the most important part of staying in a hotel for work travel is getting a good night's sleep - 5 hours is not enough for me.
